By accessing or using DropAt's platform, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DropAt Technologies Ltd. ("DropAt," "we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

DropAt provides a digital platform that enables verified medical professionals to:

• Post and find shift coverage opportunities
• Exchange shifts with other verified medical professionals
• Build professional networks within the healthcare community
• Communicate securely regarding shift arrangements

DropAt acts as a facilitator and does not employ medical professionals or provide medical services. We are not responsible for the actual provision of medical care or the employment relationships between users and their respective healthcare institutions.

To use DropAt, you must:

• Be a licensed medical professional in Egypt
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain current and valid medical credentials

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. DropAt reserves the right to verify your credentials and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or use another person's account. DropAt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

When using DropAt, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

Professional conduct is expected at all times. Users must maintain the same standards of professionalism online as they would in their medical practice.

DropAt requires verification of medical credentials to ensure platform security and user safety. By using our Service, you consent to:

• Providing documentation of your medical license and credentials
• Verification of your employment status with healthcare institutions
• Periodic re-verification of credentials as required
• Immediate notification of any changes to your professional status

Failure to maintain valid credentials or provide required verification may result in account suspension or termination.

When participating in shift exchanges, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for obtaining proper authorization from your employer
• All shift arrangements are between you and other users
• DropAt is not party to employment relationships or shift agreements
• You must fulfill all commitments made through the platform
• Patient care and safety must never be compromised

DropAt provides the platform for communication and coordination but is not responsible for the actual performance of medical duties or shift coverage.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using DropAt, you consent to:

• Collection and processing of your personal and professional information
• Use of your data to provide and improve our services
• Sharing of necessary information to facilitate shift exchanges
• Compliance with applicable data protection laws

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and maintain HIPAA compliance where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropAt shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or omissions of other users
• Medical malpractice or professional negligence
• Employment disputes or contractual issues

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to DropAt in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. DropAt may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your medical credentials become invalid or expired
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
• We are required to do so by law or regulation

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to your prior use of the Service.

DropAt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through:

• Email notification to your registered address
• In-app notifications
• Updates to our website

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
